Review of Man Hands by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby #Giveaway

Sarina Bowen, Tanya Eby, Man Hands, Man Card, Romance Weekly

BRYNN
At thirty-four, I’m reeling from a divorce. I don’t want to party or try to move on. I just want to stay home and post a new recipe on my blog: Brynn’s Dips and Balls.

But my friends aren’t having it. Get out there again, they say. It will be fun, they say. I’m still taking a hard pass.

Free designer cocktails, they say. And that’s a game-changer.

Too bad my ex shows up with his new arm candy. That’s when I lose my mind. But when my besties dare me to leap on the first single man I see, they don't expect me to actually go through with it.

TOM
All I need right now is some peace and quiet while my home renovation TV show is on hiatus. But when a curvy woman in a red wrap dress charges me like she’s a gymnast about to mount my high bar, all I can do is brace myself and catch her. What follows is the hottest experience of my adult life.

I want a repeat, but my flying Cinderella disappears immediately afterward. She doesn’t leave a glass slipper, either—just a pair of panties with chocolate bunnies printed on them.

But I will find her.

RW REVIEW

MAN HANDS isn't my usual read, so I approached the book with an edge of trepidation - But, as it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. From the very beginning to the wonderful HEA, this book had me laughing out loud. MAN HANDS is an upbeat, hilarious story with no "black moment" for a change. Definitely a humor-filled "feel-good" read.

Brynn is freshly divorced from a milk-toast dickwad husband and a pink-slip from her teaching job because the ex's father is the dean of the college. She's feeling a bit raw at the beginning of the story, but she's got two besties who are there for her. I loved the friendship between Brynn, Ashley and Sadie. These are the kind of friends who really know each other and know how to push each other's buttons (in a good, supportive way).

Tom is a sweet, gorgeous and, as it turns out, kinda vulnerable guy who's a little adrift after being publicly humiliated by his girlfriend on his Mr. Fixit Quick television show. And when Brynn and Tom meet, there's multi-colored fireworks, which is written absolutely the perfect way by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby!

MAN HANDS is a funny, sexy and, dare I say it, endearing story. It was so entertaining that I've already purchased MAN CARD (MAN HANDS - Book 2), which continues the story with Ashley and Tom's best friend, Braht - for info on MAN CARD see below!

MAN CARD (Man Hands - Book 2)

“Look at me.”

I do it, because his tone commands me to.

“Listen, honey bear. I want you. All of you. Right now. But you need to know this: I will hold your purse. I’ll cry while watching Lifetime movies with you. I will shop for shoes. (Nice strappy wedges, by the way. Great color.) I will surrender to you everywhere, except in the bedroom. Tonight I need you to let me take the lead. Can you do that?”

The old Ashley wants to. But the new Ashley knows better than to trust a man. Even one as fascinating as Sebastian Braht...
